This room was good sized and brand-new. A lounge area and a TV were provided. It was based in really clean building in a peaceful and lovely location, very close to shops.

Welcoming, friendly people working here. All in all great and perfect location, near skegness easy walk main attractions, and good to be away from main streets of Skegness.

Excellent and marvellous location very close to the sea, exceeded all expectations. New-fashioned and newly renovated room for what we needed with television, tea, as example.

100% recommend to anyone. Magnificent location near the beach, in the domestic area. Situated only 1 km from a broad beach.

The hotel's location was ideal, very close to the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve which is at the end of the road. Throughout the day staff were excellent and helpful.

Marvellous position very near to the Golf Club, in the domestic area. Pleasant staff providing brilliant services. Family ambience. Coffee-making facilities, a lounge, and a TV available in the family room.  

Location in the centre of the city was a plus.

The staff were very helpful, amiable, would love to return. The hotel location was particularly good and perfect very near to the Golf Club. It was also really close to town centre and Gibraltar Point, and the Gibraltar Point Nature

The breakfast with very tasty local sausages. Exceptionally nice and peaceful location, not too far away from Skegness Clock Tower. Local area so close to shops and The White Lodge Guest House.

The location was marvellous and perfect, near the beach, and the view was lovely, too. Every member of the staff was pleasant.

The room was a nice size and we greatly enjoyed the bathroom, it was great-sized. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and the location was perfect near to the beach. Moreover, it's not far from the theatre, the

Welcoming hosts, quiet location despite facing road. Didn't hear other guests. Lovely, clean property. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Comfortable room, great ensuite shower. Good value for money. Staff and owners very accommodating. 

The location was great and perfect, staff were welcoming. The brilliant service and the attention to detail! Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Skegness.

All the staff was very friendly, resolved my issues. Overall it was a nice size with very comfortable beds.
